We want to know what the recent news about HIV infections in Tasmania means for you. We know for sure that 6 people have become newly infected with HIV just this year and most of these are young men who have sex with men. This is not people who have had it for a long time and just been diagnosed - these are new infections. This is a dramatic shift in the situation in Tasmania. OK, 6 may not sound like many but when you consider the size of the population in Tassie and compare it to other States - it is a big deal! What does this make you think about? We need to know!
